Stressed, angry,and hurt

As much as I hate running, it is by far the quickest way to calm down. I realize now that when I'm upset or feeling down, running or any exercise really makes me feel so much better. So if you're feeling upset, stressed, or angry, just go for a run. I know some people hate running, but guys, it's really amazing once you get the hang of it. You don't have to run fast, don't even have to run long. Just 10-20 minutes into the run and you'll feel so much better and relaxed. It's a great way to get a grip on yourself. Especially if you're the type of person who is extremely emotional such as myself, running is great. Honestly, if anyone is having a bad day, try running, it might help. Stay gold guys :)
